We're thrilled to share a major milestone in our sustainability journey. Our PRISMA Liquid Air Battery has received carbon impact verification by renowned global carbon consultants, Impact Forecast.
Assessed by a panel of experts, PRISMA has been verified as making a “Significant Positive Impact in Robustly Reducing Carbon Emissions”. Impact Forecast’s rigorous assessment process ensures we remain fully transparent about the way we calculate and quantify PRISMA’s impact. For our customers and partners, this level of openness will be welcomed and valued as they move to detailed reporting of their ESG and decarbonisation progress.
For example, at an average client site, the net impact of a PRISMA system has been calculated to deliver a reduction in carbon of 4.8 tonnes per annum, and 121.2 tonnes over its 25-year lifespan. To put this into perspective, these savings are equivalent to driving around the world 15 times! This achievement underscores our commitment to making a tangible difference in combating climate change.
